Sharon has joined us this year and has over 6 years experience working with children in primary school settings both as a classroom teacher and as a literacy and numeracy support co-ordinator. She is a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher who believes strongly that every child should be valued and given the best opportunity to reach their individual potential within a supportive and engaging environment.
Sharon completed her Diploma of Education (Primary) in 2009 at Monash University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She continues to build her professional knowledge of best teaching practice in literacy and numeracy and undertook MSL training in 2016. She has a passion for reading, exploring science and creative problem solving. She has excellent interpersonal skills that allow her to work positively with her students, their families and colleagues.
