Sarah Baxter received her Bachelors of Arts in Music in 1989 from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She received her teaching certification in 1990. Sarah taught Year 6 in Hayward, California before moving to Australia in 1992.
Sarah spent many years working in employment and training agencies for people with disabilities. She completed her Masters in Education, Specific Learning Difficulties in 2010, from the University of Melbourne. She works in the Student Services Department in the middle school at a local private college.
Sarah has experience both as a parent and a professional in the area of learning disability and knows from personal experience the value of early intervention. She is committed to supporting parents and families in their journey of learning and achieving.
Sarah is a member of LDA (Learning Difficulties Australia) and SPELD (Support for Dyslexia and other Learning Difficulties).
